We ensure that every detail—from colour vibrancy to paper texture—meets our high standards. Each card/print is carefully printed & packed with love and care, so when it arrives, it’s ready to be gifted or treasured.

What type of paper do you use?Paper is very important to us so we use premium, sustainably sourced cardstock to give each card a luxurious, tactile feel. Our paper (Tintoretto gesso) is thick, durable, and designed to showcase the delicate details of our artwork beautifully.

Are your cards eco-friendly?Yes! We use recycled envelopes and biodegradable cello bags to reduce our environmental impact. We use minimal yet protective packaging to ensure your order arrives in pristine condition, free from bends or damage.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?Since our cards are handmade and often personalised, we typically do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll make it right!

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?Oh no! We want you to love your PaperTwigs cards. If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo and your order number within 48 hours of receiving it, and once reviewed we'll send a replacement.

Where do you ship to?We currently ship within Ireland, the UK, and select international locations. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area, contact us, and we'll be happy to assist.

How long does shipping take?- Ireland & UK: 3-5 business days - International: 7-14 business days - Custom orders may take an additional 3-5 days depending on design complexity. We ship orders with A Post. You will receive shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched. Please check spam folder. Delivery is approximately 1-2 working days from when you received your dispatch confirmation, please allow for delays during the holidays.

What are the shipping costs?Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
